DISCLOSURE pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196

According to the Decree Law n. 196 of 30/06/2003 ("Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data"), we hereby inform you that for the establishment and execution of contractual relationships, even only for the estimate of the work, we are in possession of your personal data that you have provided to us.

Purpose of the processing. The processing of your data will be carried out exclusively for the ordinary commercial and accounting / administrative management of the relationship that the ns. company has with you, in compliance with contractual, legal and tax obligations.

Processing methods. Processing takes place with and without electronic and telematic means. In all cases it is guaranteed that the persons in charge of processing are authorized and adequately trained persons. In all circumstances, security measures are applied to prevent unlawful access to outsiders or otherwise unauthorized personnel.

Nature (mandatory or optional). The processing of your personal data is normally mandatory in fulfillment of contractual, legal and tax obligations. In some cases, on the other hand, it is optional and allows for a more punctual, efficient and correct management of the existing business relationship.

Consequences of data refusal. Any refusal to provide data of a mandatory nature will make it impossible to carry out the operations indispensable to managing the business relationship in place.

Subjects to whom your data may be communicated. Your data will be communicated:
- to the authorized persons in charge of secretarial / accounting functions;
- to our employees company involved in the production and installation of manufactured goods (only the name and address);
- to credit institutions for the management of payments;
- to finance if you want to make use of "consumer credit" loans;
- to public authorities for tax and administrative purposes;
- to trusted consultants who carry out legal, fiscal, administrative and commercial assignments.

Rights of the interested party. In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled, pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other data) of the Privacy Code:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication intelligible.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a. the origin of personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of processing;
c. of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
e. is. the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
